Pickleball Great Movers 101 Training Class

Patty and her training team are offering one class on Sunday, June 12, 2022 from 10:30 to 11:45 am at Robert Strange Park.

This is an hour and fifteen minute drill class focusing on footwork as the basis for optimal balance, speed, shot execution, and recovery. This class is moderately cardio intensive and concentrates on lateral and forward movement. It is designed for players of any rating level who wish to improve their ability to cover the court.

This class is for Cape Fear Pickleball Club members only and sign up via Sign Up Genius is required.
